Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership roles in financial services, call center management and small business ownership. He has delivered successful results serving the priorities of Employees, Customers, and Investors.

In his role, Mark is accountable for creating the best environment for the people of the company globally by providing support, education, and leadership. In addition, he is driven to develop a winning team to build and deliver a successful platform for Marketing enabling the continued growth trajectory that has been established. Mark leverages his extensive experience in a variety of roles and companies to enhance a culture of winning built on a foundation of passion, integrity, and teamwork. Prior to joining the team at DecisivEdge, Mark held a variety of roles during his 18 years at MBNA/Bank of America and spent over 12 years in the small business space where he spent nine years as President of a company that he remains an owner.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University.
