DecisivEdge led the complete revamp of a distressed SAP-enabled business transformation program for a Fortune 100 multinational.  The company has manufacturing operations on four continents and was rapidly expanding to meet the demands of a strategic new market.
The restructuring that DecisivEdge led, entailed looking at every aspect of the program including executive alignment, executive sponsorship, business process leadership, program governance, PMO, the internal team as well as spearheading the selection of a new consultant team.  DecisivEdge worked directly with the senior executive leadership of the company to accomplish the successful turnaround while providing day-to-day leadership of the program over the course of a year.


DecisivEdge was engaged by a global manufacturer of industrial equipment and consumables with $2.5B in revenue to –
  • Evaluate their integration plan for a recent $500M strategic acquisition in North America, and
  • Establish a sustaining Strategic Programs Office designed to evaluate, justify, plan, and oversee the execution of strategic programs world-wide
DecisivEdge reviewed the integration plan, identified key gaps in both activities and resources and developed recommendations for how to address the identified gaps and integrate them into the overall plan.
DecisivEdge developed a detailed program charter, identified both the permanent and part-time staffing required, established the governance processes and cadence helped to launch the office by playing the role of SPO Director till a permanent resource was identified to fill the position.
